EASY DEPOSIT eliminates the need for traditional security deposits. In participating communities, residents pay only a one-time non-refundable enrollment and application fee. Upon electing to use EASY DEPOSIT, residents sign-on to a guaranty that replaces or supplements a traditional security deposit.
EASY DEPOSIT guarantees fulfillment of signed lease obligations by enrolled residents who promised to return units in good condition. Should a resident fail to meet their lease obligations, they are required to reimburse the guarantor EASY DEPOSIT all monies owed.
